Operations

Until the launch of the $Erenials token, operations are run by the project's founding team. After, the Erenials DAO will manage the allocation of funds and the development of the project. Like any web3 project, in its early stages a DAO is systematically administered by a small founding group. Over time, management will be progressively decentralized so that eventually the founding team will be just one of many voices.

While the $Erenials DAO will become the governing body of the project, a Swiss corporation (SA) will be formed to administer the fiat funds and facilitate interactions with traditional institutions. In the long run, and subject to compliance and all legal requirements, new shares of the SA might be issued, tokenized and offered to any $Erenials token holder at a 1:1 ratio.

The daily operations required by $Erenials are diverse and varied. Effective and proactive communication is necessary to build an active and robust community. This implies an impeccable technical support and customer relationship management. At the same time, $Erenials needs regular software updates and IT development, a daily task for the founding team.
