Checking using a blockchain explorer
You can also use a blockchain explorer, you will need to know the unique transaction hash (also known as the "TX Hash") associated with the sale of your NFT. Once you have the TX Hash, you can go to a blockchain explorer that supports the blockchain your NFT is built on, such as Etherscan for Ethereum-based NFTs.
- Go to the blockchain explorer and paste the TX Hash into the search bar, then press enter.
- The transaction details will appear on the page. Look for the "To" field, which will contain the address of the person who received the NFT. If this address is different from your own address, it means your NFT has been sold.
- You can also check the "Value" field, which will show the amount of cryptocurrency that was transferred in the transaction. This will be the price at which your NFT was sold.
- Additionally, you can also check the "Input Data" field which will show the metadata of the NFT, like its name, description, and image.
