Development and Implementation Strategy

Erenials has 10 distinct phases. The first eight phases focus on digital content. The ninth phase consists of the initialization of a True Self-Sovereign Identity for the users of the solution. The tenth phase allows the integration of RWAs (Real-World Assets) within the Erenials solution.

The development and implementation of Erenials is technically challenging, as the project relies on recent and rapidly evolving technologies. Web3 technologies, tools for the development of decentralized applications (dApps) and interoperability protocols are at the forefront of innovation and their adoption requires a strategic approach.

1. Project initialization and support research:

The team works to find partners and investors for the project, whether in the form of promotional partnerships, consulting or venture capital. The founding team writes informative and promotional content for distribution.

2. Initialization of the exchange platform:

This step involves the creation and integration of: an operational NFT exchange platform, an intuitive NFT minting tool, a traditional/web3 third-party authentication method, the multilingual support.

3. Initialize the DAO and launch $Erenials:

The DAO will be created to manage the project and ensure transparency and decentralization. The $Erenials utility token will be launched on the platform and will be used to access the pay-wall. The token will also be used to pay contributors to the platform and to reward users for their engagement.

4. Initialization of the management interface for attributes and access tokens:

The attribute and access token management interface will be created to allow users to manage and price their content. They'll be able to configure the main NFT and the access properties of the derived NFT.

5. Creation of the integrated wallet Erenials:

The integrated wallet will allow users to manage their tokens and wallet. In addition, users will be able to easily send and receive tokens, digital assets and fiat currencies.

6. Portability of the Erenials layer:

This step involves creating a portability layer for the Erenials so that entity can easily integrate the Erenials solution to their pre-existing/web 2.0 infrastructure. With this, they can benefit from the new opportunities and business models opened by Erenials while maintaining their legacy system for a smooth transition. User will be able to log in without a password and access content from all websites, blogs, social networks and platforms that have implemented the Erenials layer via a unique identifier;

7. Initialization of on-chain hosting features

This step involves adding on-chain hosting features to solution to allow users to host their digital content on the blockchain using the Arweave network.

8. Initialization of social features:

Social features will be added to the exchange platform to allow users to follow the entities of their choice on an open, intuitive and easy-to-use platform. They can also group relevant content on their feed and filter it easily using established categories and develop a relationship of trust with their favorite entities. Other features will include messaging options, forums, social networking and collaboration tools.

9. Initialization of Sanctuary:

In this step, a True Self-Sovereign Identity will be provided to Erenials users thanks to the PoEM algorithm.
